Introduction

Registered integration partners will receive a welcome email granting access to a staging account along with API credentials of a Client ID and Client Secret.

Environments Overview

The staging environment consists of two types of accounts:

Partner Account

Used to manage partner users, credentials and switch to linked customer accounts.

Customer Account

Used to test Deliverect functionality, such as:

  • Creating test orders
  • Publishing menus
  • Validating your integration setup

Accessing Your Customer Account

Follow these steps to begin testing your integration:

  1. Log in and select Admin from the sidebar, then click Accounts
  2. Click Switch To Account for the Customer Account
  3. Navigate to Locations in the sidebar to find:
    • Your test locations
    • Channel links
    • Any required configuration for testing

Testing Your Integration

Use the staging environment to fully test your integration and validate all required scenarios.
